My name is Jennifer, and I am the Salon Manager at Pearl Essence Beauty. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Building strong relationships with both clients and staff is important to me, as I strive to make every visit comfortable. My organizational skills help keep the salon operations running smoothly. In my free time, I enjoy crafting and spending time with my family.

Hello, my name is Jaylyn Wright (Formerly Jaylyn Pearl), and I am a California licensed Esthetician with a passion for helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. My journey in esthetics began as a teenager, preparing for dance competitions, where I discovered my love for makeup and beauty. That spark grew into a lifelong passion, and in 2018, I graduated from Lytle’s Beauty College and began my professional career in esthetics.
Since then, I’ve earned certifications in a variety of specialized areas, including PCA Skincare, LED Light Therapy, Sugaring Hair Removal, Spray Tanning, and more. I’m committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques, which is why I often travel to receive in-person training from top brands like Skin Script, DMK, and Dermalogica. My dedication to continuous learning ensures that I’m always able to provide the best and most advanced treatments for my clients.
